NEW RAMKRISHNA OPTICALS believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellation Before Shipment :

• Order once placed can only be cancelled within 4 hours from the placing the order, you can write to our customer support team on pratyush@nropticals.in or call or WhatsApp us on +91 98324 95272 In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 48-72 business hours after the cancellation request.
• Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 10 to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. If the mode of refund is by e-wallet, credit should be available within 48 hours.
• If the Order is for any item which is eligible for Same Day Delivery category, no cancellation will be allowed after placing of the order.
• There is no cancellation of orders placed under any Virtual Product catagory.
• Cancellation of Pre-order items will not accept in any conditions.
• Customers should take care while taking delivery from courier partner & if customers finds that the product may be damaged or breakage then he/she should not take the delivery of shipment or can verify the products by opening the package in front of courier partners. Ones the customers has accepted the delivery then we are not responsible for any damage or breakage in any conditions.
• In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within same day of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
